After years in the industry, Jim saw how much confusion and frustration surrounded Medicare enrollment. He knew there had to be a better way.

Jim has been an expert in Medicare and Health insurance since 2014. For years, he hired and trained agents about the ins and outs of Medicare, how it really works, and the vast number of carrier and policy choices. This educational process translates seemlessly when working personally with his clients as he has a knack for taking these confusing topics and making them easy to understand. Jim has a passion for helping people, truly believing in helping his customers understand exactly what they are buying, how their policies work, and then serving them each and every year as the industry evolves and his clients’ needs change.

After graduating from Business and subsequently, Law school, Jennifer began her professional career as an attorney, eventually transitioning to a financial and insurance advising role. She joined Jim in 2017 and fine tuned her focus to health (and more specifically, Medicare) Insurance. Jennifer's attention to detail, compassion, experience and genuine interest in the well being and satisfaction of her clients helps place MBG in a class of its own when it comes to client collaboration, education and satisfaction.
